Anything Gwyneth can do; Rosie Green can do it too thanks to treatments and tweakments – Daily Mail

October 2022

Beauty expert journalist, Rosie Green feels she’s in the best shape of her life at 48 years old. She has tried and tested tweakments that have helped to keep her in shape and happy. She breaks the stigmas attached to tweakments and reveals her tips and experiences with cosmetic work and personal self-care with a little help from The Cosmetic Skin Clinic.

Rosie Green shares that she first experienced the power of injectables almost two decades ago. She lifts the stigma, providing information on the innovations that “can effectively target any bugbears that might be sapping your self-confidence.”

Botox – the wrinkle softener

“To ease forehead lines and crow’s feet” Rosie has Botox every four or five months. She says, “I’ve discovered smaller amounts administered more regularly looks more natural.” The Cosmetic Skin Clinic’s intelligent sprinkling of Botox ensures our signature natural look.

Dermal Filler – the sag fixer

Dermal filler is an injectable treatment that delivers and can give a natural effect when you trust a good and qualified practitioner. About Dermal Fillers, Rosie says, when “done well, it can give you a mini face-lift and reduce jowls. Oh, and a little in the temple rewinds the clock a couple of years.”

Ultherapy – the jawline firmer

To counter her pouchy jawline, Rosie relies on Ultherapy treatment at The Cosmetic Skin Clinic – the No1 Ultherapy treatment provider for the UK for the 9th year in a row. Using a hand-held Ultherapy machine, it “sends heat deep down in the skin to boost collagen and lift, firm and tighten.” Rosie says, “It works … it takes a few months to see results, which should last a good 18 months.”

Profhilo – the neck rejuvenator and hand plumper

As Rosie is in her late 40s, she has noticed her skin becoming less dense and more lax. “As a result, permanent creases have appebotoxared.” This concern can be treated with the injectable moisturiser, Profhilo. Rosie finds its “smoothing, tightening effect is very impressive.”

Less dense and skin laxity doesn’t just affect the face, it can also affect the body including the hands. To combat that papery skin appearance on the hands, Profhilo can add a pleasing plumpness, “which lasts for about 18 months.”

CoolSculpting – the shank shrinker

After her pregnancies, she struggled to reduce her love handles. CoolSculpting was the answer for Rosie. She explains, “the treatment deep-freezes your problem area, nuking around 20 per cent of the fat cells, which are then flushed out of your body in your pee. It also works on bingo wings, tummy, inner thighs, backs and jowls.” For Rosie’s love handles, CoolSculpting definitely worked. She recommends The Cosmetic Skin Clinic, the experts who have performed over 50,000 CoolSculpting treatments and are the UK’s Number 1 CoolSculpting clinic.

Endoveneous Laser Ablation (EVLA) – the vein zapper

Rosie can now wear shorts with confidence thanks to having her varicose veins taken care of with Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA) at The Private Clinic, the sister clinic of The Cosmetic Skin Clinic. EVLA uses “heat energy to destroy and collapse” varicose veins. For pesky spider veins, foam-injection sclerotherapy is the solution.

EMSculpt Neo – the butt lifter

Rosie found her bum was flat, so in order to get it higher and rounder she had EMSculpt Neo. “It uses radio-frequency and electromagnetic technology to reduce fat and grow muscle. One session is like doing 20,000 squats, and my derrière is definitely more pert.”

Rosie has also tried EMSculpt Neo for her legs. Read more about her experience at The Cosmetic Skin Clinic here.
