In the December newsletter ‘Fillers And Why I Love Them’ I promised I would share some patient stories of anti-ageing treatments for different age categories. This week, I am going to show you a filler treatment for a patient in her 40s. Dr Joanna Christou tailored treatments around the upper, mid and lower face using premium dermal fillers to achieve optimum results.
Filler Treatments for a Forties Patient
Our patient Lucy is in her forties and was looking at the next stage of her cosmetic treatment journey. She is preparing to get married next year and wanted to achieve a real ‘wow’ factor in her wedding photographs.
Dr Joanna started by conducting a full assessment of Lucy’s face, identifying key areas of volume loss in the temples, under the eyes and the tear trough area. The treatment was performed primarily using Teoxane RHA dermal fillers to soften and lift the face. Below, Dr Christou explains the full treatment plan in the video below.
The Treatment Plan
To bring back structure and support for patients in their forties, Dr Christou recommends using restorative Teoxane RHA fillers to nourish, plump and hydrate the skin.
Teoxane RHA dermal fillers are FDA cleared and are made of hyaluronic acid which is formulated to restore lost volume, elasticity, hydration and skin health. Discover how we used them on Lucy in strategic places to give her the beautifully lifted look.
Forties Filler Treatment Results
Lucy was overwhelmed by the positive visual results. Here, she explains how her tired look was transformed into a rested and nourished appearance:
“I’m amazed at how I feel already. It’s been less than half an hour since the procedure and my face feels really normal. I look great and I can go back to normal life straight away. I am really, really truly amazed…”
