This week we had our Open Evening on ‘Looking Good Whatever Your Age’ in aid of The Katie Piper Foundation with celebrity hairdresser Andrew Barton and makeup artist to the stars Ariane Poole. Over 100 new and existing patients attended the evening, which was a resounding success.

Dr Mountford addressed the newly formed BACN association (British Association of Cosmetic Nurses) On the 25th January at The Ark Centre in Basingstoke, over 100 attended. The theme of the meeting was ‘Managing Complications for Nurse Prescribers’ each speaker addressed ‘complications & management options’ and most importantly, how to avoid them in the first place.

The Cosmetic Skin Clinic have been featured in the January edition of the Medical Aesthetics Industry Trade magazine ‘Cosmetic News’, surrounding the recent launch Clear + Brilliant in the UK. This is new laser treatment from Solta Medical, designed not only to target but prevent the early signs of ageing. The Cosmetic Skin Clinic were involved in the initial clinical trials for the UK.
