This powerful formula can effectively restore skin firmness and elasticity while protecting it against cellular damage and free radicals. Some patients are able to see the first signs of improvement from 7-10 days post first treatment. Full and best results will be visible after you have had all three Nucleadyn sessions. We recommend the three sessions because it has shown there are 22.5% less wrinkles after 3 sessions.
Nucleadyn results can last up to 6-9 months. After which point, we always recommend booking in for a maintenance appointment to add longevity to your results.
At The Cosmetic Skin Clinic, dependent on the patient and the concern area/s, we recommend having three Nucleadyn treatments a month apart from one another.
To maintain your results, we also recommend a top-up appointment every 9 months for best result maintenance.
With Nucleadyn treatments, the downtime is very minimal at 2-4 hours dependent on how sensitive your skin is.
Nucleadyn treatment time is usually 10 minutes per treatment area.
The Nucleadyn injection will be administered in a gentle and careful manner that prioritises comfort and aims to prevent any potential pain or discomfort. To further prevent any discomfort, our practitioners will apply a numbing cream pre-treatment for 10 minutes.

If you are allergic to fish, then unfortunately Nucleadyn is not the treatment for you. Nucleadyn uses animal-based polynucleotides that are derived from salmon, specifically the sperm cells of salmon.
Polynucleotides are biostimulators, meaning they have the ability to jump-start the skin’s regeneration process. Rather than simply hydrating the skin, they act more like nourishment or medication for the cells, encouraging them to produce collagen and elastin in a more effective manner. Additionally, they can improve the extra cellular matrix, which is the layer of the skin in which fibroblasts reside. Furthermore, they have anti-inflammatory properties.
Nucleadyn does not include hyaluronic acid in its composition. However, it enhances the production of your body’s own hyaluronic acid and amplifies the effect of any other hyaluronic acid that may have been administered to you by up to 40%.
They both have a similar function promise of working on the skins condition, rather than adding volume like dermal fillers do. However, they are not the same. Nucleadyn is a bio-stimulant gel consisting of polynucleotides, whereas Profhilo consists of a mixture of pure concentrated hyaluronic acid.
Both are bio-stimulators/bio-remodelling in their own way. Sunekos consists of a potent cocktail of hyaluronic acid (HA) and amino acids, whereas Nucleadyn is a bio-stimulant gel consisting of polynucleotides.
