Dr Mountford Presents At Q-Med Conference

Dr Tracy Mountford recently presented ‘Management of Complications and Adverse Events’ at the Q-Med conference at the Royal College Of Physicians last Friday (8th April). Dr Mountford was presenting on this subject because of her wealth of experience of over 21 years in the industry on how to prevent ‘adverse events’ and guiding practitioners through a professional and ethical approach to their patients.

This conference was a very well attended event of some 500 delegates of cosmetic surgeons, doctors and nurses. The charity that was supported by this event was Operation Smile, all the donations of the delegates went towards third world children being able to have much needed surgery for their cleft pallets. It’s really heartwarming to see the non surgical industry giving back to help others with greater needs aesthetically. Also it was a real pleasure to meet Katie Piper and hear what she had to say about her personal journey and how Restylane has helped her.
