Where available, you may choose to pay for treatments using a finance agreement arranged through a third-party credit provider.

Please note:

  • We are not the lender and do not make lending decisions
  • Any finance agreement will be separate from your contract with us
Finance Application and Approval

If you choose to apply for finance:

  • Your application will be subject to:
    • creditworthiness and affordability checks
    • the lender’s approval process
  • Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to:
    • status
    • financial circumstances
Important Information About Finance
  • The finance agreement is between you and the lender, not us
  • The lender’s terms and conditions will apply to your agreement
  • You should carefully review all finance documentation before proceeding
Cancellation and Refunds (Finance Purchases)

If you purchase using finance:

  • Your rights to cancel or obtain a refund under consumer law remain unchanged
  • However:
    • your finance agreement will not automatically be cancelled if you cancel your treatment
    • you may need to contact the lender directly

Where a refund is due:

  • Refunds may be paid:
    • directly to the lender, and/or
    • used to reduce your outstanding balance

Sharing Your Information for Finance Applications

If you choose to pay for our services using finance, we will need to share your personal data with third parties involved in arranging and providing that finance.

Who we share your data with

We may share your personal data with:

  • Credit brokers who help arrange finance on your behalf
  • Finance providers / lenders who assess and provide credit like Buyline
  • Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs) (such as Experian, Equifax or TransUnion)
  • Fraud prevention agencies and identity verification providers
What information we share

The information shared may include:

  • Your name, address and contact details
  • Date of birth
  • Information about your financial situation (where required for the application)
  • Details of the treatment or purchase you wish to finance
  • Information needed to verify your identity

We share your data in order to:

  • Process your application for finance
  • Assess your creditworthiness and affordability
  • Verify your identity and help prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contractual necessity – to take steps at your request before entering into a finance agreement
  • Legal obligation – to comply with laws relating to financial services and fraud prevention

Credit checks and your credit file

If you apply for finance:

  • The lender will carry out credit checks with Credit Reference Agencies
  • These checks may be recorded on your credit file and may be visible to other lenders
  • This may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future
What happens if you cancel your treatment

If you cancel your treatment or purchase:

  • Your finance agreement will be separate from your contract with us
  • You may still need to deal directly with the lender to amend or cancel your finance agreement
  • Any refund due may be paid to the lender rather than directly to you

Complaints Relating To Finance

If your complaint relates to a finance agreement (for example, your application, credit decision, or repayment terms):

  • We may act as a introducer only, not the lender
  • We will either:
    • investigate your complaint directly, or
    • refer it to the relevant lender (e.g. Buyline Ltd) where appropriate
Timescales

For finance-related complaints:

  • We will aim to resolve your complaint within 3 business days where possible
  • If your complaint requires further investigation, we will:
    • acknowledge within 5 business days
    • issue a final response within 8 weeks
Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if 8 weeks have passed without resolution, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
