"We've all heard I'm sure, women say, 'I just woke up one morning and hardly recognised myself'! I always thought this to be a rather dramatic version of the truth, until I did the same!
There's no-one I would trust to administer treatment to my face other than Dr Tracy Mountford and her practitioners at The Cosmetic Skin Clinic. There's a huge choice of treatments available to boost a woman's confidence, the first being a natter over a cup of coffee with the girls on reception! If you were feeling apprehensive for any reason, you won't be after a friendly chat with them.
Dr Mountford suggested I try 'Pellevé' which is a non surgical face lift skin tightening treatment. I needed the recommended two treatments, 4 weeks apart. It is still fairly new and not that well known yet, but I was willing to put it to the test: what did I have to lose? If it worked, no more lines and a sagging jawline, if it didn't, money.... on more anti wrinkle cream!!
2 weeks after my second treatment I was delighted with the results! The lines either side of my chin had definitely improved, my eyes had less of the little lines out to the sides and my jawline lifted, my skin also looked brighter and healthier. The treatment itself wasn't painful in any way, and I didn't suffer any bruising.
It's three months since I finished the treatment; my face no longer looks 'tired' the little lines around the sides of my eyes are much reduced, the area which had concerned me the most, the drooping either sides of my chin, hardly visible at all, and I have a general 'lift' to my whole face.
Last week someone paid me and The Cosmetic Skin Clinic the biggest and best compliment. They didn't believe I was about to celebrate my 50th this summer, they had me at 35!! It may have been just one person's opinion, but just one comment was enough for me!"

I just wanted to thank everyone involved in my treatment (Liposoft liposuction body contouring treatment) from my initial visit & consultation to The Cosmetic Skin Clinic, who explained everything and made me feel so at ease, through to Diane who liaised with me regarding my various appointments; blood tests etc to advising me on the best support girdle to be worn after the treatment.
On the day of the procedure, I arrived at the clinic at 9.30am and the procedure was finished by 12.30pm.
The Doctor met me and explained the whole procedure again, then photos were taken of the area to be 'worked on' and then she marked the area where the fat was to be removed from and showed me where the tiny incisions were to be made. I took oral antibiotics and relaxant medication, and then the marked area was injected with local anaesthetic. The procedure was slightly uncomfortable but there was absolutely no pain. The corset/girdle was put on immediately after and worn day and night for at least a fortnight then worn only during the day for a further four weeks.
Following the procedure I returned to the clinic two days later, the tiny plasters over the incisions were removed and re-dressed - everything was fine. I could immediately see that my stomach was flatter, even with the initial swelling. I stayed on antibiotics for a week after, regular painkillers were recommended if I needed them but I only took them for a couple of days. I was back at work after five days and at my two week check up the Doctor was very pleased with the results.
Following the procedure, week after week for about twelve weeks my stomach just seemed to be so much flatter! - I am so thrilled with the results and would recommend this to anyone. And the best thing is - no muffin tops anymore!!

A jewel. This unassuming and charming doctor is a genius at making ones face look fresh and wonderfully revitalised. She is also patient and very gentle, taking time for serious in-depth consultation prior to treatment. She is refreshingly realistic about ageing and how to turn the clock gently back, with her thorough and expert analysis of one's face and how each person ages differently. I had never experienced such scrutiny of my face prior to a cosmetic treatment. Tracy Mountford is the epitome of professionalism.
All in all, this means, in effect, that her treatments are truly customised, which is how all cosmetic enhancements, should be.
Dr Tracy Mountford is seriously, in my opinion, THE crème de la crème for lip enhancement. (I know, having had my lips enhanced by all the top names in the business) I have never had results that were so utterly beautiful. She truly is an artist in the way that she studies the face and aligns the proportions, so results are natural yet noticeable in the best possible way. I also had nose to mouth and marionette lines treated and the results were SUPERB. Thus, I have found that elusive creature. She truly is an artist and expert clinician within her field and deserves recognition as such.

"This is the' Best Clinic' that I've visited as it offers a very relaxed friendly environment. It's very informative but all the staff are especially attentive and exude an informative but friendly service. So they should also be nominated for the 'Best Clinic Customer Service' with Debbie Keen as 'The Best Clinic Receptionist Of The Year'. I have had occasion to telephone for advice and every time she has been able to answer all my queries with such a lovely manner.
Which brings me to 'Tracy Mountford' - well she has delivered her speeches with such a calm air which fills her clients with confidence. She believes in 'less is more' and never persuades one to go for treatments if she thinks that a little less would stand just as well. One never feels pressurised in any way.
I've also recommended the website to friends who have found it extremely informative and helpful.
This is the only clinic I would recommend and I travel a long way from Sussex to visit all these lovely people".

"For years now, the most common phrase I heard from other people was "you look tired" . I cannot begin to describe how I felt when I heard that - each time I would think "well, I am not tired, I feel fine" but I simply couldn't hide what was on the surface and what people saw when they looked at me. Drawn cheeks and hollow eyes, when I looked in the mirror I saw a woman 20 years my senior - the reflection always shocked me.
I booked a consultation appointment with their Snr Aesthetic Practitioner Janine Scott. Janine went through with me what she would recommend - it was going to be a journey and not something to be achieved overnight. The first step would be baby Botox to the forehead and eyes. Then my next appointment was for a Y lift (cheek enhancement) - the results were amazing immediately.
I am so glad for all those women who have given their testimonials to The Cosmetic Skin Clinic, because of them I made a phone call which has changed my life. I do look in the mirror, I smile even more than I ever did and I am not self conscious any more. "I had lost facial volume particularly the cheeks which were very sunken; Dr Mountford suggested cheek augmentation to restore lost volume. As well as the heavy frown line my brow looked very hooded over my eyes. A combination of botox and fillers was used to lift the brow. The results were achieved very gradually. Soon after initial treatment, everyone just kept commenting on how well I was looking. The treatments also improved my skin condition. My skin looks much plumper and smoother. The frown line has also gone but I still have lots of movement so it looks incredibly natural. I had my lips improved as well; I had lost volume in my lips and the treatment has just pushed them out - it looks incredibly subtle and has restored them to what they looked like before - it doesn't look fake at all. I will definitely be returning for top-ups because the treatment has made such a difference to my life.
